Jaeger LeCoultre Power Reserve 1940s
The Powermatic was known for being automatic and displaying the power reserve. Besides being an attractive watch to wear, the Powermatic is also a power player with the caliber 481 behind its solid caseback.
The caliber 481 was one of the first automatic movements to display the power reserve, and it has the “bumper” effect caused by the swinging motion of the rotor. We love the symmetrical design especially the sword hands and evenly aged lume.
