Audemars Piguet 18k Tank Lapislazuli 1970s
Here we have a beautifully finished and very rare (maybe 1/1) Audemars Piguet dress watch from the 1970s with a stunning Lapislazuli stone dial. This particular piece is notable for its beautiful unpolished condition and tank case shape, which is quite rare for Audemars Piguet.
In 1953, AP introduced the Ultra thin 2003 caliber, which was designed, developed and produced by Jaeger LeCoultre and decorated by Audemars Piguet. By 2003 these slim movements were in the AP catalogs and still the slimmest movements on the market!
