At the beginning of the partnership between Jaeger and LeCoultre, the Duoplan was a real revolution in the watchmaking industry. Built on two superimposed surfaces, the Duoplan caliber offered both companies the opportunity to express their creativity with beautiful and innovative designs.
It was also a revolution for LeCoultre & Cie, because thanks to the Duoplan, the company made the step from being a movement and component manufacturer to a fully-fledged watch manufacturer.
With a rectangular tank designed steel case and a beautiful art-deco dial with golden sword hands and black gilt dial you can’t beat this piece.
